I was up all night with him on me.

Feeding every hour or less.

And I’m not complaining about that. Because I love breastfeeding. And I’m so grateful that I can. And I genuinely want to continue for as long as I feel like it’s best for us.

Some of the things I plan to do today:

I’m going to try and have a coffee while it’s hot. It seems simple, but it’s a big deal.

I’m going to try and read them books and play with them. I’m not sure when this will happen, or whether they will sit still long enough, bull I’ll try.

I’m going to try and get them out for a walk but the weather looks terrible so we’ll probably just stay inside. I’ll try not to go stir crazy.

It becomes so easy to worry about time getting away on you.

Everyone talks about how fast time goes in parenthood.

About how soon this stage of life and every little one in between will be over.

How you need to enjoy every moment because it will pass in the blink of an eye.
